Keyword Connects’ in-house call center reported record call volume during 2014. Its call agents handled 51,500 inbound calls, up from 44,000 during 2013. The Company attributes the 17% increase to continued rapid growth of its client base.
The call center handles calls from homeowners interested in products sold by its 400 home improvement clients exclusively. These calls represent exclusive, high quality sales leads from lead generation campaigns the Company runs for its clients.
Clients sell a variety of home improvement products as bath liners, kitchen cabinet refacing, roofing and replacement windows.
The call center also made a record 14,000 outbound calls during 2014. The Company sets sales appointments for some clients, calling back homeowners who submit Web forms in response to its campaigns. The call center calls back all Web forms received within 30 seconds.
